Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% of reservation fee will be forfeited if cancellation occurs (for whatever reason whatsoever) within 14 days of checkin date.
  • 50% of reservation fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs in 15 days or more prior to checkin date.

Maximum Guests Per Apartment:

  • Strictly two guests per apartment only.
  • Strictly no visitors allowed.

Events:

  • Strictly no events allowed without prior permission from management.
  • Events will incur additional fees and deposit payments.
  • Should staff find an event taking place without permission from management, guests will be required to leave immediately and all payments will be forfeited.

Film & Still Shoots:

  • Strictly no film or stills shoots allowed without prior permission from management.
  • Film & stills shoots will incur additional fees and deposit payments & location agreement is required.
  • Should staff find a film and/or stills shoot taking place without permission from management, guests & crew will be required to leave immediately and all payments will be forfeited.

Children:

  • No children allowed.

Pets:

  • No pets allowed.

Smoking:

  • No smoking allowed in apartments.
